  • Ready to Ship Items:
    These physical items are shipped from the Jääportit studio in Finland. Delivery is available within Europe only.
  • Made-to-Order Pieces:
    These are fulfilled by our production partners. Worldwide shipping is available.
  • Split Shipments:
    Orders with both types will arrive in separate packages and shipping is limited to Europe.
  • Shipping Methods:
    Depending on the size of your order, items are sent as letters or tracked parcels.

  • Returns:
    Any item, Ready to Ship or Made to Order, can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused. Damaged or defective items are replaced or refunded in full. Email first, and see the Refund and Returns Policy for details.
